Last week, Veridi Technologies was proud to serve as main sponsor of the European Society of Nematology conference, ESN2026, bringing together leading nematologists, regulators, and industry partners from across the world.
The conference marked the official launch of NEMASCOPE®, the first and only validated AI-powered high-throughput microscopy system capable of diagnosing nematodes at species level. Veridi presented the platform alongside field trial data developed in partnership with Wageningen Plant Research, giving attendees a detailed look at how the technology performs under real diagnostic conditions.
A Strong Reception from the Scientific Community
NEMASCOPE® was showcased to many of the world's leading nematology scientists over the course of the conference, and the response was excellent. Feedback from the scientific community, regulatory bodies, and major agrochemical companies pointed to strong interest in the platform's potential to change how species-level nematode diagnostics are done at scale. Veridi looks forward to building on these conversations in the months ahead.
Scaling Toward Impact
ESN2026 represents an important milestone in Veridi's growth, reinforcing the company's plans to scale the NEMASCOPE® platform over the coming year. The goal remains the same: giving millions of growers around the world the tools to farm more profitably and more sustainably.
The conference was also an opportunity to reconnect with longstanding partners Gerard Korthals, Leendert Molendijk, and Pella Brinkman, and to welcome their newest team member, André Bertran, into the fold.
Veridi looks forward to more fact-based research in nematology, and to continuing this journey alongside its partners across the fie
